Scroll+ là nền tảng đọc kỹ thuật số cao cấp được phát triển độc lập bởi Xenit và vận hành bởi OWL APP LTD (OWL APP LTD). Sứ mệnh của chúng tôi là kết hợp quyền riêng tư đẳng cấp thế giới với giáo dục game hóa cuốn hút.

2. VỊ TRÍ & THU THẬP DỮ LIỆU

Chúng tôi tuân theo triết lý Ưu Tiên Cục Bộ. Hầu hết dữ liệu nằm trên thiết bị của bạn, và chúng tôi chỉ thu thập thông tin tối thiểu cho các tính năng game hóa cao cấp:

• Xác thực: Đăng nhập Google an toàn để đồng bộ hóa tiến trình trên các thiết bị của bạn.
• Hoạt động: Chỉ số Nova, Danh hiệu và Chuỗi ngày theo thời gian thực để cạnh tranh trên bảng xếp hạng toàn cầu.
• Chính Sách Tệp Không Đám Mây: Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập, quét hoặc lưu trữ các tệp sách của bạn. Xử lý PDF và Markdown diễn ra 100% cục bộ bằng công nghệ độc quyền trên thiết bị của chúng tôi.

3. QUYỀN TRUY CẬP

Ứng dụng yêu cầu các quyền hệ thống sau:

• Bộ nhớ: Để đọc tài liệu PDF/Markdown được lưu trữ cục bộ.
• Độ sáng: Để kích hoạt trình mô phỏng E-Ink và các tính năng bảo vệ mắt.

4. BẢO MẬT

Tất cả dữ liệu được đồng bộ với máy chủ của chúng tôi được mã hóa trong quá trình truyền và lưu trữ an toàn trên cơ sở hạ tầng được bảo vệ. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu người dùng cho bên thứ ba.

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER KVKK (TURKEY)

Türkiye'de ikamet eden kullanıcılar olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında şu haklara sahipsiniz: Madde 11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş ise düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK'nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme, kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarınız bulunmaktadır. 7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts: If your account remains inactive for 3 years, we may delete it and associated data. Log data: System logs are retained for 2 years for security and debugging purposes. You can request immediate deletion at any time via the Delete Account page.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Reading Features (Offline): The core reading functionality of Scroll+ (viewing PDF and EPUB files) does not require an account and can be used by anyone, including children of any age under parental supervision. No personal data is collected for offline reading. Online Features: Account-based features (leaderboards, progress sync, Nova points) require users to be at least 13 years old, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent as required by COPPA and similar laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents who believe their child has created an account without consent may contact us at [email protected] to request account deletion.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services: Google Sign-In - for authentication (Google's Privacy Policy applies); Google Analytics - for anonymous usage statistics (only with your consent). These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
