Scroll+ adalah platform membaca digital elit yang dikembangkan secara solo oleh Xenit dan dioperasikan oleh OWL APP LTD (OWL APP LTD). Misi kami adalah menggabungkan privasi kelas dunia dengan pendidikan tergamifikasi yang imersif.

2. LOKALITAS & PENGUMPULAN DATA

Kami menganut filosofi Local-First. Sebagian besar data tetap di perangkat Anda, dan kami hanya mengumpulkan informasi minimal untuk fitur gamifikasi elit:

• Autentikasi: Google Sign-In yang aman untuk sinkronisasi kemajuan di seluruh perangkat Anda.
• Aktivitas: Metrik Nova, Judul, dan Streak secara real-time untuk kompetisi papan peringkat global.
• Kebijakan File Zero-Cloud: Kami TIDAK mengumpulkan, memindai, atau menyimpan file buku Anda. Pemrosesan PDF dan Markdown terjadi 100% secara lokal menggunakan mesin sisi perangkat eksklusif kami.

3. IZIN

Aplikasi meminta izin sistem berikut:

• Penyimpanan: Untuk membaca dokumen PDF/Markdown yang disimpan secara lokal.
• Kecerahan: Untuk mengaktifkan simulator E-Ink dan fitur perlindungan mata kami.

4. KEAMANAN

Semua data yang disinkronkan dengan server kami dienkripsi selama transit dan disimpan dengan aman di infrastruktur yang dilindungi. Kami tidak menjual data pengguna kepada pihak ketiga.

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER KVKK (TURKEY)

Türkiye'de ikamet eden kullanıcılar olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında şu haklara sahipsiniz: Madde 11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş ise düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK'nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme, kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarınız bulunmaktadır. 7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts: If your account remains inactive for 3 years, we may delete it and associated data. Log data: System logs are retained for 2 years for security and debugging purposes. You can request immediate deletion at any time via the Delete Account page.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Reading Features (Offline): The core reading functionality of Scroll+ (viewing PDF and EPUB files) does not require an account and can be used by anyone, including children of any age under parental supervision. No personal data is collected for offline reading. Online Features: Account-based features (leaderboards, progress sync, Nova points) require users to be at least 13 years old, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent as required by COPPA and similar laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents who believe their child has created an account without consent may contact us at [email protected] to request account deletion.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services: Google Sign-In - for authentication (Google's Privacy Policy applies); Google Analytics - for anonymous usage statistics (only with your consent). These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
